These are CU* (Commercial Use) items with the following exceptions:

* Do not share. This includes family members. (This excludes "same household" members, however!). Do not upload to a share site. Do not share any download links or files with anyone. Instead, send them to my blog/store. 

*Do not claim as your own. Do not alter the image other than resizing or coloring, or anything I may specifically mention. Do not alter or change the file names, even if you have resized or re-colored an item. It still needs proper credit to ShadeDeZines and be noted as altered. Do not redistribute any product AS IS; exactly as you received it from me! It "must" accompany your own work: but not be made solely on my work. Your kit may not contain more than 20% of my work. 

**You may NOT make CU (CU4CU) products of your own from any of my CU products. This is simply not permitted! 

*You MAY submit your creations containing my products to online galleries, contests and for publication in magazines providing you give credit to Shade DeZines, a link back to my blog, and it is in flattend .JPG form only.

*S4H, S4O: You may use my products as long as you have made the finished product into a FLATTENED JPG or in PRINTED form. Files are NOT to be distributed in any manor. *Please tell your friends and loved ones where you received my products however. Thanks.

*My CU products are for home style based buisness, not for large industry. If any product is wished to be used in the form of tv commercials, incorporated into printing paper style scrapbooking, elements (etc) you MUST contact me for other arangements. My terms do not cover anything that is not specifically stated herein. 

*Not to be used in anything that promotes defamitory, racist, child/spousal/animal abuse, porographic activities or other things of this nature.

*For products used for Publication: "in a magazine or online contest, etc.": you MUST give proper credit to Shade DeZines, include my blog/store address and the name of the products.

You may NOT not sell your creations made from my images to major chain stores, wholesalers, retailers or franchises, publishing houses, wrapping paper companies, greeting card companies, magazines, newspapers, advertising agencies, television stations, broadcasting corporations and the like, you may not mass produce my images. You MAY NOT use my images at Cafe Press without a COMMERCIAL LICENCE.

*Do not share through groups, email share groups, forums, etc. Just because I may not have listed a place does not mean that makes it okay to do, it just means I did not think of it and it still means no ;) Thanks.

*And last, you MUST give me credit in your TOU when used for personal or commercial use. However, you do not have to mention which product it is.

Shade DeZines will not be held responsible to any person, business, or organization for any damages, or loss from your use of any Shade DeZines product.
